Patty Harpenau was born in Amsterdam in 1959.

She is an internationally renowned publisher, writer, life coach, spiritual master and angelologist. She has spent her life unearthly the world's oldest teachings and expressing them both in words and teachings.

She has studied psychology, kabbalah, metaphysics and angelology and she is a licensed Deepak Chopra meditation teacher.

​In 1995 she created The Life Foundation, where clients are trained in living their lives to the full. Her 55 books cover such diverse topics as spirituality, family life, health and food experience.

In the year since the first publication of TheLife Codes in the Netherlands the book has been translated into many languages.
